The piece of wood can be anywhere from $100 to $400. It all depends on the type of wood you get and how big of a piece it is. Then you can finish it yourself and put some simple hairpin legs. This will give you the same look and outcome for less than half the price.

Wood Floors

There are many pros and cons to a wood floor. One of the pros is the look that wood floors adds to your home. In addition to that you don’t have to worry about stains like carpet or dirty grout lines with tile. However, wood floors do scratch. There must be research done on what type of wood floor to get because some woods have a harder density than others. And the darker the color the more a scratch will show in the wood.
