My husband and I moved into our Prime Custom Builders home about a year ago. When we purchased the home we were duly impressed with the standard of construction and materials used. We purchased the home when the sheetrock had already been hung and taped and were able to choose the stone for the front of the house, tiles, cabinets, carpet, light fixtures, and hardwood flooring. Prime Custom Builders had done such a wonderful job with their previous selections that we opted for practically all of them. The project engineer, Steve, was extremely open to any questions we had and all of the deadlines were met. With a baby on the way, we were being relocated to Bucks County from Connecticut. We wanted to buy a new construction home and were quickly disappointed after viewing models offered by several large developers. The floor plans were ok, but we discovered that many of the materials being used were poor quality. All of the upgrades (including structural changes) it would take to make a house look like a model would cost over $200,000, pricing it way over the actual market value. Then we found a Prime Custom Builders home, and it had everything we wanted! It was as if we had the house custom built for us. Literally, within 2 minutes of being in the house, we knew it was the one. It has the best floor plan we’ve ever seen, and for once, the use of space, including room sizes and closet space, just made sense. The upgraded materials, moldings and hardware, quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and design work really make this house stand out from other homes in the same price range. It’s been over a year since we moved in and we love this house more every day. This is our 4th new construction home, and we’ve never received so many compliments. George and the other folks at Prime Custom Builders have been really great to work with. Prime custom Builders did more than just build our house... they rebuilt our home. After a total loss of our home due to a fire, we researched several highly regarded builders from trusted personal referrals and hired PCB. From the start the entire team was professional, considerate of the emotional/personal loss and while providing very helpful guidance never pressured or hurried us into any decision. 2 weeks later, our youngest son suffered a life threatening condition that focused our attention & time on his treatment, which took us out of the state at the start of the project.

PCB never missed a beat. They worked around our schedule, even off hours and weekends for us to make decisions as needed. They kept well within budget, navigated with all 3rd parties to keep project on time, OVER communicated to us every detail via email, calls and visits all while showing the utmost compassion for our family during a very trying time.
